Customer Reviews for True REST Float Spa

My experience here has been incredible. I did the salt float for an hour and it was deeply relaxing from start to finish. I also tried the oxygen session afterward and that was great as well. The lady who helped me was welcoming and professional, and she had a soft spoken ASMR type of voice that was very comforting. She made the entire experience feel calm and inviting. This place is also veteran friendly. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely the BEST float experiences I've had. This location, owner included, has the best atmosphere and personality. The floats are always perfect and the experiences the same if not better each time I go. Your membership is usable at ANY 50 locations in MANY states. The oxygen bar is calming after a float and exactly what's needed to finish off the float experience. MUST TRY! THANKS TRUE REST FOR THE BEST!!!!!!

My husband and I started our date night at True Rest. It was my second time floating, and his first time. We both absolutely loved it and cannot wait to come back again. It was fun talking about our experiences, the similarities we experience and the differences. My husband did the oxygen bar for a little pick up of energy. Chuck, the owner is the nicest man. He’s super friendly and has a way of making you feel like lifelong friends. He is very knowledgeable about the equipment and the benefits that you will receive from any of the treatments. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I highly encourage everyone to try this.

5 stars for the float therapy......BUT the Vitality Suite session is a joke/gimmick. 30 minutes is not enough time to use the therapies effectively. It took over 15min just to get one bead of sweat in the sauna. I did 3min in the cold plunge, about 10min standing in front of the red light and then barely broke a sweat in the sauna before my time was up. Very important suggestion....make the Vitality sessions a full hour. Otherwise, its not worth it. You need at the very least, 30-35min just to have a good sauna session, and then that gives you 20min in front of red light and a few minutes for a proper cold plunge. 30 minutes is ridiculous. Sincerely, experienced biohacker and wellness enthusiast
